The Love Dare!
While opening yourself up again for love is such a scary venture, it is also such an awarding one. Sure, you may get hurt, but then again maybe you won’t. I have vowed to give it a break and say goodbye to love for a while. Problem is love has a way of finding you even when you don’t want it to.
My only issue is how do I decide what to go with, my head or my heart? I have failed at both. I know that when I went with my heart I never regretted it but when I went with my head, I chose more wisely and the relationship wasn’t an absolute loss.
I have been told over and over to make a list of what it is that I am looking for in a man, so I did. I am not going to post it, for obvious reasons but I can’t help feeling like a list takes the surprise away.
I want to fall in love and be in awe of everything I didn’t know I wanted! I want to be in awe of this man, the man who captures my heart and say only you God could truly write my list! So as I am writing this I am deciding to tear it up. Poof, be gone to the list!
“The Love Dare” I will give it a shot again. After all, love is what inspires the greatest works of art! Life is art in itself. Imagine if we all wrote our stories of love and life, the kind of pictures it would capture!
