Determine Your Worth
Ladies, I am writing this letter specifically to you.
I want to talk to you and ask you, have you determined your worth? I find that this is the most important soul searching question when it comes to dating. Do you realize that it is not the man who determines your worth? It is you who does this! In order for you to find your prince, you have to know that you are a princess. You have to believe that you are worth every emerald, diamond and any other exotic jewel of the earth. I am not saying a man needs to give you all of the material things, I am only speaking metaphorically. What I mean is that you are a treasure that is at the least deserving of a man who will pursue your heart.
Often as women we come to believe we are anything but a princess when it comes to the actions and the way we behave in relationships. We forget our worth and begin to give pieces of ourselves for pennies or for free. When a relationship goes this way, what is said is, I am of little value.
I want to emphasize the value of your body. Ladies face it, we are not men. We were not designed like men, emotionally or physically. We are designed to be their other half, maybe even their better half, haha! J/K. But through years of dating and knowing people in the same situation I have found that alot of women out there have come to believe that by making a man wait for sex, that they feel like they are being too prude or not open to a full relationship. What I want you to understand is that sex is a gift and should only be given when a man has pursued you with his whole heart, he has taken the time to romance you and truly love you. I believe that sex should be a gift of marriage. I will let you decide what your own bar is set to when it comes to this act. Even if you are not one to wait for marriage, at least wait for love!
You were already paid for with a high price of the Lord dying on the cross for your salvation. Your worth is more than any Princess of the world. Believe it, live it and love it!!
